Based on the client’s request for an offer, VECOM, reviewing the needs of the client and its capabilities, makes an offer to the client, upon acceptance of which the client and VECOM enter into an agreement.
The quality of product delivery is exclusively and including only the above, defined in the corresponding specification of the product delivery offer.
The offer is binding for VECOM and is considered valid for 7 calendar days from the date indicated on the offer.
When placing an order, it is necessary to leave all the necessary information: name of the company or natural person, address, contact phone number and PIN for legal entities. In the event that we do not have any of the ordered items in stock or a longer delivery time is required, we will contact you by phone.
The ordered products will be delivered to you via the DAILY EXPRESS courier service.
The ordered product will be delivered by the courier service within 5 days from the day of order confirmation.
After an unsuccessful first delivery, another attempt will be made within 24 hours. If the ordered goods are not delivered even after the second attempt, it will be considered that you have abandoned the order and that you have terminated the purchase contract.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 days from the day of receiving and testing the product. In case of cancellation of the purchase, you have the right to exchange for another product or to have your money returned.
In order to exercise any of your rights when returning the purchased product, the ordered goods must not be damaged or worn by use, they must be returned in the original packaging, with an attached fiscal invoice, and a signed correction order.
In the case of a return, you bear the costs of transporting the goods.
If you decide to order another product instead, we will bear the costs of shipping the new item.

You can pay for the goods in three ways: cash on delivery (cash), via invoice (in advance according to the invoice received).
In the event that there is a disputed item regarding the order in the ONLINE STORE (lack of an individual item, inability to send, incomplete or unclear order or address…), we will contact you by phone. In the event that everything is in order with the order, you will receive a notification email confirming that we have received it and that you will receive the goods within the stipulated time (if you pay by cash) or an email with a proforma invoice in the attachment on the basis of which you make the payment (in the case of payment via account ) and/or our sales representative will call you to confirm your order.
Delivery
The ordered goods will arrive by express mail to the desired address. Shipping costs will be highlighted on the Invoice/Estimated Invoice. Orders received before 2 p.m. will be delivered the next day, while shipments ordered after 2 p.m. will be delivered a day later (valid for sending packages within the Republic of Serbia on all days except Sundays and holidays, and also sending packages is not possible on Saturday, but is moved to Monday). The shipment can be delivered a maximum of 5 days after ordering.
