- Products with bulbs and heaters: 12 months
- Accessories: 6 months or maximum number of flashes (for epilation devices)
Warranty and complaint terms define timeframes, buyer rights, and manufacturer/seller obligations during the warranty period.
The buyer may request a refund within 8 days without stating a reason, provided goods are not damaged or worn.
For non-conformity, a refund request may be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
The buyer must notify the manufacturer/seller in writing about the type of defect.
The seller checks technical parameters at an authorized service center and responds within up to 8 days.
If a defect is confirmed, an appropriate remedy is applied (refund, replacement, or another legally prescribed option).
The seller’s report includes documentation on conformity checks and technical parameters, protecting both buyer and manufacturer.
The buyer may request replacement within 6 months if there is a fault, loss of function, or deviation from declared characteristics.
The buyer has the right to complain throughout the warranty period.
The authorization is issued in two copies: one for the buyer and one for the seller.
