Based on the customer’s request, Vecom issues an offer; accepting the offer forms an agreement between the customer and Vecom.
General terms of sale
The offer is valid for 7 calendar days from the date indicated on the offer.
Delivery quality of products is defined by the applicable offer specification.
Orders must include all required details (company/individual name, address, contact phone, and tax ID for legal entities).
Ordered products are delivered by DAILY EXPRESS courier service.
Maximum delivery time is 5 days from order confirmation.
After an unsuccessful first delivery attempt, a second attempt is made within 24 hours.
Purchase and payment
Individuals and legal entities may purchase.
If an order line is disputed (missing item, incomplete address, etc.), Vecom contacts the buyer to confirm and align.

Delivery
Ordered goods arrive by express mail to the requested address; delivery costs are shown on the invoice/proforma.
Orders received before 2 p.m. are delivered the next day; after 2 p.m., one day later (subject to weekends and holidays).
Shipment may be delivered within a maximum of 5 days from ordering.
Returns and exchanges
The buyer may withdraw within 7 days of receipt and testing, provided goods are undamaged and returned in original packaging with the invoice.
For returns, the buyer bears transport costs. For an exchange for another product, Vecom bears delivery of the new item.
If goods are not handed over after the second delivery attempt, the buyer is deemed to have withdrawn and the purchase agreement is terminated.
Service and spare parts
Vecom provides maintenance during and after the warranty period and professional installation of genuine spare parts.
Genuine spare parts are those that passed Vecom’s incoming quality control and ensure functionality, reliability, and durability.
