Payment & Financing Models
Buyers can choose from the following payment and financing options:

| Operating lease | Equipment financing repaid over up to 10 equal monthly installments. | Individuals and businesses, for orders over €8,000. |
| Financial lease | Long-term financing with a repayment period of up to 60 monthly installments. | The recommended, optimal option for larger purchases and capital equipment. Approved together with a partner leasing company, for orders over €10,000. |

Delivery Terms
Equipment is delivered according to the following rules:
- Delivery costs: For all orders with a total value over €1,000 (RSD equivalent), delivery to the buyer's address is free, organized and paid for by the Seller.
- In-stock items: Delivery for equipment available in stock takes 5 to 7 business days from the moment payment is recorded (or the down payment / lease approval).
- Made-to-order items: Delivery for equipment ordered from the manufacturer takes up to 4 weeks from order confirmation and down payment.
Warranty & Conformity
The Seller provides the following warranty periods and service support:

| Handpieces and applicators | 2 years (24 months) | Correct operation of handpieces and probes under intended use. |
| Consumables and accessories | 6 months | Parts and materials subject to regular wear and replacement. |
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, mechanical impact, inadequate voltage conditions, or servicing by unauthorized persons.
Final Provisions
Any disputes will be resolved amicably between the Seller and Buyer; otherwise, the competent court at the Seller's registered seat has jurisdiction.
The Buyer accepts these Terms of Purchase by confirming an order, signing a sales contract, or accepting the Seller's official offer or quote.
